Philosophy of government part 2
In my first report. I stated that we do need government. Now I am being asked an even bigger question. Is (Does our constitution effetely resolve conflict)? My answer to that is yes because. Different parts of the constitution are there to make sure human rights are given to them. When someone is out of hand the government is there to see to it that it won’t affect our citizens.
In my intro I stated that the constitution does resolve problems. How? There are there very important Branches. One of the branches very important to me is the Supreme Court, which falls under the judicial branch. To me I think that they are very important when it comes to human rights. When a person feels like they are not getting the respect from the government. We as the people have the right to sue. Fiche Supreme Court does not come to a dission then that is when it is time to compromise.
A conflict that can be resolve / and or be here to make sure human rights are given to us or solves issues are the House of Representatives (Legislative branch). Congress is mainly a big part of (H.O.F). Why? Congress is basically here to help us in other countries that want to attack us and they are here to declare war or battle to protect the citizens in harms way. House of representatives are also important to because when our president wants to turn a bill into a law. The House of Representatives may or may not agree. Maybe because they don’t feel that it is right for the people
